Just returned again from the Sensatori in Side, this hotel owes everything to its staff, this was our third visit and they get better and better, the only negative thing I would say is that the evening entertainment has got worse each year, 2017 they had a great team with some amazing shows but it's obvious to see that the budget has been cut, but that's down to TUI not the hotel, shame as there is nothing else to complain about.I must mention these special people as I feel they deserve the recognition as it's not TUI that makes it what it is.Firstly Osman, the beach man that does his job with such pride and can still be seen on the beach at 9pm at night making sure everything is just right, he goes out of his way to make everyone happy and ensure they have everything they need.Then we have Emel and her brother Mustafa, Emel has been there since we first visited and was joined by Mustafa last year, they greeted us like family, and can be found serving drinks all over the hotel always with a smile and a chat and nothing is too much trouble.A new one for this year was Zehra in the dinning room, again great service and always happy to chat.And I can't end this without a huge mention to the head waiter in the Turkish restaurant, I didn't get his name but anyone who has been there will know who I'm talking about, absolute star, amazing sense of humour and another that serves everyone with such pride in what he does,wanting to make it special for everyone that dines there.There are many more and I do hope that these people get the recognition they deserve as it's them that bring people back year after year.Sort the entertainment budget out TUI and this one will be one to beat. I was poorly while we were there, and the on site nurse and doctor were brilliant, so is the local hospital, which is about 5 minutes by hospital car, which the hotel organised.We would definitely go back to this place. One only had to speak to the Chefs or restaurant supervisors if a special requirement was needed. The staff there, mer and Anl, were again outstanding in their attentiveness and service.One highlight for us was a day in a cabana at the beach where we were served in an exemplary manner by the allocated waiter. We travelled to the sensatori in september this year and was met by a lovely lady at Antalya airport and told what coach to get on and did so, upon arrival the bell hops took the luggage strait to the room and we went to the butterfly bar to calm down after the journey.We found the food excellent the staff attentive and friendly with nothing a problem, the clendiness of the hotel is amazing even the beach toilets are spotless as is the beach with Omar and Anil working their bits off..I could go on and on about this place but the easiest and best way to rate the hotel is to say that i've already booked again for next year.I cannot say about the entertainment team as its not my sort of thing but i did hear a lot of out of tune noise in the distance, however there was something called a silent soire which was one of the funniest and best nights of my life but only on once in the time i was there which was a shame, we met up with some wonderful people (Karen & Steve) which also made our holiday as they were like minded music lovers which with our voices we destroyed and dad danced the night away.we also saw a baby turtle heading the wrong way who was put into the sea when the sun went down and I loved being 1st on the beach on days that we stayed at the complex.If i could make a couple of changes i would like to see more diet drink options like diet fanta and sprite ect as diet coke seems to want a rum added to it all the time.There is a small gym which has all the basic equipment to keep you fit and burn off said rum.We are looking forward to returning again next year and would like to thank all the management and staff for everything they done for us.
