They directed us to the incorrect pickup and paid a taxis when the pick up was right across from our hotel. Eduardo, the tour guide, was uninterested and made everyone stand in the pouring rain, when he missed the correct boat. It was annoying listening to both languages for everything. I was told we would be back with plenty of time to catch our 7:40 train back to Florence, but the delays and then the bus driver hitting a tree and breaking out the back glass on a family with a baby and several other passengers was horrible. If u run tours that begin b4 customer service opens it's an issue Our guide was reading what little she did relate by reading from her phone while the other guide rattled everything off from memory. Dont need a guide for Lake Como, Should have been a fantastic tour but the disengaged, distracted tour guide was a train wreck, Excellent trip, loved Bellagio, and scenic lake Como. At the meeting point several buses showed up that were all going to lake como and it was not clear which to board. However, it felt very unorganized and the group size (~40) made it feel chaotic. There were two guides, each taking turns speaking in English and Spanish. Bus trip back was scenic and enjoyable. However, suggest you book another tour company as our guide was not good. After waiting a few minutes, I texted the operator on WhatsApp which is the provided communication method. Boat ride was pleasant. On this tour, travel with a guide to discover the highlights of the area around the lake with an itinerary tailored to the season. Worth price definitely. There was no information given aside from what time and where to meet to leave. They just hold your hand on the train and ferry you across the Lake and doest include any food or drink and the cut you loose on your own for extended time. The boat trip is through the public transit ferry and there was no queuing system, all people just smashed through in a stampede. You can head directly to your preferred meeting point, or request pickup. The all-day schedule was perfect allowing time to dine and wander. That is all I want to say. Our guide was Anna. Bellagio was our favourite also the cruise on the lake but after 10 wee days in Italy it was great to see the sun, Had an emergency and couldnt attend and they did not refund me even though I didnt do the tour they basically scammed me of my money and made me pay for a service they didnt provide. After a few more texts and calls to operator office # where I received VM that the office did not open until 8:30 (a few calls after 8:30 showed they dont open at 8:30 either). We were looking forward to this day tour but it ended up being poorly organized, and our tour guide, Eduardo, did not care about the customers at all.
